International Coaching Week Pro-Bono Coaching Opportunities
Posted on: 13 May 2022
International Coaching Week (ICW) celebrates the power and impact of professional coaching, and this year the theme is “Reimagine the future”.
To mark the occasion, from now until the end of International Coaching Week, registrations are open for our annual Pro-Bono Climate Coaching Round.
Pro-Bono Climate Coaching is an opportunity to harness the power of coaching to support climate change related initiatives. After all, if we reimagine any future, it must be one with a different climate outcome to what we’re headed towards now.
In 2022, there are three options for Pro-Bono Climate Coaching:
- Climate Champions
- Climate Classrooms
- Climate Crisis
As a pro-bono Climate Champion coach, your assigned client will be someone we consider to be a Climate Champion – someone working to sustain our planet, who therefore deserves to have some voluntarily support in their personal and professional climate crusade.
As a pro-bono Climate Classroom coach, your assigned client will be someone who works within a school that is taking clear and courageous Climate Action for our future generations.
As a pro-bono Climate Crisis coach, your assigned client will be someone who is rebuilding their life after being affected by a climate crisis e.g. floods, drought, bushfires.
You can find out more about our Climate Coaching actions, including testimonials from both coaches and clients, here, and you can register as a Pro-Bono Climate coach here.
When you register, you might be surprised to discover that even though this is a pro-bono coaching opportunity, you are still asked to pay a nominal registration fee. This is our assurance that you have thought through your commitment. We will use your registration fees to support the development of the ReciproCoach Climate Coaching project.
