A new lens for reflecting on your coaching practice

The recognition of the value of coaching supervision for professional coaches is growing throughout the world. With professional associations endorsing supervision as an integral part of best practice, most professional coaches in the UK, Europe and Australia now engage in some kind of supervision. Furthermore, as the rest of the world catches up in their adoption of coaching supervision as an integral part of their professional practice, the number of coaching supervision models continues to increase.
This issue of Coaching Research in Practice explores a new model for coaching supervision. Based on personal construct theory, it provides coaches in and out of supervision with another lens through which they can reflect on their coaching practice.
